This morning’s workout consisted of overhead squats.  Work your way to your maximum weight, then count the number of reps achieved over three sets. me:  %55.67 of body weight x 9 I’d rather do 1 rep of %100.  Someday. Sean of Crossfit SF demonstrates proper form
