The Workout of the day courtesy of Crossfit SF in Crissy Field.  150 pushups, as many as you can in a row.  As soon as you break plank (put a knee down and lift your butt in the air), you’re off for a roughly 100 yard dash.  Sounds easy until your pushups start to come out in intervals of 5 toward the end of your workout.  It’s great to be part of Crossfit again here in the bay area.
