I’m currently enjoying some Hog Heaven Barleywine and sharp chedder cheese. I’m often reminded of Pixar’s Ratatouille moment when Remy is describing the feeling of combining two wonderfully intense flavors to create “fireworks” in your palate.

I’m addicted to food. I eat it everyday. You should too. Try everything, even if you think you know you’re not going to like it. The more you try something you don’t like, the more you’ll be able to explain why you don’t like it. But more often then not, you’ll change your mind and love it.
