And despite what you say, the bittersweet minor key of Royksopp mixed with the slowed down Chipmunks is one of the best mashups I’ve ever heard. Generally, you’re right, many of them are phoned in, but this is one of my favorite mashups, and it deserves to be spread around YouTube as much as possible. I couldn’t remember where I found it, so I was glad I was able to find it again on your site. Kudos, man.

Such experiments also tickle my funny bone! As a kid, I used to hasten the pitches up of my dad's audio favorites into chipmunk-like voices and then I roll on the floor out of hysterical laughter. Turning them slow into demonic voices give me goosebumps though, so I stay clear of that.
