Getting started young

This is Dawn’s daughter. She was extremely exited to jump on this torture machine called the “rower” (latin for “puke you brains out suckaaa”), right after watching mom compete in Crossfit’s 1k row. Monkey see, monkey do.
I grew up watching my dad play handball my entire life. this has done wonders for my own motivation to stay active and healthy. I suppose it begs the question, is the desire to be phyically active nature or nurture?
